Road Infrastructure
Earthwork quantification at ECI stage for one of the UK's largest road schemes - a 23-mile upgrade of the A14 to motorway standard. Sections 3, 4 and 5 were modelled and scheduled in full to establish the scheme target cost in agreement with Highways England. Part of a £1.5bn programme.
Road Infrastructure
Monthly volumetric reporting and 3D model creation for a 3-mile dual carriageway upgrade on the A303. Responsible for producing monthly volumetric reports for the purpose of commercial valuation, the tracking of earthwork material movements, and the conversion of design data into compatible machine control format. Part of a £170m scheme.
Highways & Bypass
End-to-end earthworks support for a new bypass connecting Dinan Way at its junction with Hulham Road to the A376 Exmouth Road. Delivered monthly volumetric reports for commercial valuations, 3D machine guidance models, and full quantification of volume variance between tender and delivery. Part of a £20m scheme.
Marine & Civil Infrastructure
Earthwork quantification and machine control design for the construction of a wind turbine manufacturing facility and new quay wall on the Humber - including reclamation of 7.5 hectares of riverbank and infilling of a Victorian dock with over one million cubic metres of dredged sand from North Sea borrow pits. Part of a £120m programme.
Environmental & Habitat
Initial quantification, monthly volumetric progress reporting, and 3D machine control design for the transformation of 150 hectares of the Moors at Arne into a diverse managed wetland habitat. Part of a £55m scheme.
Renewable Energy
Access track and drainage design for a five-turbine wind farm and associated infrastructure, with alignment planned around the swept-path requirements of turbine blade delivery vehicles. Monthly progress volumes tracked throughout delivery. Part of a £20m scheme.
